Albaluce
The term albaluce evokes a sense of luminous brilliance, rooted in the Italian word “alba” (dawn) and “luce” (light). In viticulture it serves as a synonym for the white grape variety Erbaluce, native to the Piedmont region of Italy and prized for its lively acidity, crystalline colour and capacity to produce fresh dry wines as well as rich passito-dessert styles.
